The Irvine Market is proud to offer fresh produce every Sunday to our customers. Our mother-daughter market has teamed up with family-owned Tanaka Farms to provide our customers with organically farmed fruits and vegetables through the Tanaka Farms Community Supported Agriculture (CSA) program (http://www.tanakafarms.com/CSA.html).
The Product:
1. A box of farm fresh produce/fruits using organic farming methods
2. The majority of freshly picked produce is grown by Tanaka Farms located in Irvine. Produce/fruits will be supplemented from other organic farmers to provide a good variety in each box.
3. Produce is delivered to the Irvine Market every Sunday and can be picked up anytime from 11am-9:30pm.
4. Subscribers do not have a choice as to what they receive each week.
The Cost:
1. The cost to the subscriber is $30 for the large box and $20 for the small box plus a delivery fee of $3 per box.
To sign up:
Simply log into our website at www.tanakafarms.com and click on “CSA Program”. There will be a green tab that says “New subscribers join here” and this is where you sign up to pick up your CSA box on Sundays from the Irvine Market at: 2540 Main St, Suite X, Irvine, CA 92614.
